In order to guide the production of autumn and winter crops, the Crop Management Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, together with the National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center and the Pesticide Testing Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, recently sent 6 working groups to 14 key provinces to carry out "three guidances and one investigation" at the front line.
The working group will focus on guiding the acceleration of autumn harvest progress and ensuring that grains are stored in warehouses, implementing policies and measures to ensure that autumn and winter crops are fully planted, implementing key technologies to ensure that all seedlings are planted once, investigating and understanding and coordinating solutions to the current difficulties in autumn harvest and autumn planting. At the same time, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs organized a science and technology team to carry out technical training and guidance services, implement key measures for sowing at the right time and in the right soil, and increase yields, strengthen field management before winter, and ensure the safe wintering of wheat and rapeseed.
